    It may be a bit premature writing this review, but it's true what they say about "first impressions" -- they really do go a long way. Joe Knapp on the team really eased our transition into the Seattle area from NYC and out of the military. Courteous, authentic, and genuinely helpful, he is obviously a superb representation of this property management company - job well done and I look forward to more great interactions!P.S. - The Gregory PM Tenant Portal is leading edge! Very easy to navigate and intuitive - you all are hitting it out of the park!UPDATE 6/29/22 - This team continues to knock it out of the park. Responsive, proactive, and never lets a tenant suffer inconveniences any longer than necessary - absolutely positive experience day after day. Dustin is yet another star player.
