Direct Deposit of your rent payments
You will receive a monthly Owners Statement in your portal and rents will be directly deposited to your designated bank account.
Tenant Portal
Our tenants have access to a "Tenant Portal" where they can view their tenant statements and related documents, communicate with us, and most importantly, pay their rent online. We have found that our tenants love the convenience of being able to pay rent directly through the online rent payment system. A tenant can pay rent from out of town or even from a cell phone. As a result, our tenants are happier and more likely to stay. And, late rent payments have decreased significantly.
We have learned that it is often the little things, like our tenant friendly software system, that keeps a tenant staying longer. A longer tenant stay results in a more profitable investment property for you.
